BloomingVeg

Function Brewing

Brew-pub offering hot and cold sandwiches, soups, and beer.

Location

Sandwiches that are vegan by default: Power Plant and Gardener (both seasonal) and the Vegan Queen.

Several other sandwiches can be made vegan by swapping in seitan, vegan cheese, or changing the bread (for example just swap the cheese on the ratatouille). See full list of vegan ingredients below.

Side and entree salads can be made vegan by substituting crostini for the croutons, removing cheese from the entree salad, and selecting a vegan dressing.

There are sandwich, soup, and dessert specials each week which include vegan options in the rotation.

Most of the beers are vegan.

I love getting the entree salad made vegan. It's HUGE and so filling. Plus now that you can substitute seitan and chz on sandwiches the possibilities seem endless. The beer is incredible, too. —Jessika
